摘要: 睾丸蛋白聚糖1(SPOCK1)是一种细胞外基质糖蛋白,能够抑制组织蛋白酶的活性及促进低亲和力钙的结合。SPOCK1对哺乳动物的发育至关重要,它不仅调节细胞之间以及细胞与基质之间的相互作用,还与细胞的迁移和增殖有关。目前证实SPOCK1的过表达可以促进肿瘤的发生和发展,提示它有可能成为一个新的抗肿瘤治疗靶点。本文现对SPOCK1分子结构、生物学功能及其与肿瘤的关系等方面进行综述。

Abstract: Testicular proteoglycan 1(SPOCK1),a kind of extracellular matrix glycoprotein,can inhibit the activity of cathepsin and promotes the combination of low affinity for calcium.SPOCK1 is essential to the development of mammals.It not only regulates cell,and the interactions between cells and matrix are also related to cell migration and proliferation.Currently,SPOCK1is confirmed that expression can promote the occurrence and development of tumor,suggesting it could be a new anti-tumor target.This article is to review SPOCK1 molecular structure,biological function and its relationship with tumor.
