摘要: 大肠癌(Colorectal cancer)是胃肠道疾病中常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率及死亡率日益增高。近年来,植物化学提取物在大肠癌的化学预防及治疗方面所起到的作用已经受到广泛关注。随着研究的进展,植物化学提取物的研究已经从水果等粗提取混合物向化学单体成分转变。研究发现鞣花酸及其肠道代谢产物作为石榴、树莓等水果中的活性单体成分具有预防及抑制大肠癌的作用,作用机制主要与抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、阻断细胞周期、抑制肿瘤血管形成、逆转耐药和增强化疗药物氟尿嘧啶敏感性等途径密切相关。本文主要就鞣花酸及其肠道代谢产物在预防和治疗大肠癌方面的最新研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Colorectal cancer is a common gastrointestinal malignant disease.Its incidence and mortality rates are elevated.In recent years,chemical plant extracts has attracted considerable attention in the chemical prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.Studies found that ellagic acid and its gut microbiota metabolite have the effect on colorectal cancer.The mechanisms are closely related to promoting tumor cell apoptosis and inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,blocking the cell cycle,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis,reversing resistance and enhancing the sensitivity of chemotherapy drug.In this paper,the latest research progress and the mechanisms of the ellagic acid and its gut microbiota metabolite on the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer are reviewed.
