摘要/Abstract

摘要： 胃肝样腺癌(Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach,HAS)属于胃癌中较为罕见的一种病例类型,恶性程度极高,预后差,易发生肝脏及淋巴结转移。本文报道1例近期发生的胃肝样腺癌病例,以期提高临床医师对这类疾病的认识和积累治疗经验。

关键词: 胃肝样腺癌, 甲胎蛋白, 免疫组化

Abstract: Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach(HAS)belongs to one of the rare cases in gastric cancer types,which has extremely high malignant degree and poor prognosis.Lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis are common in HAS.In this article,we reported alpha-fetoprotein-high-producing hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach(HAS),and reviewed the related literature at home and abroad in order to improve clinical physicians understanding of these diseases and treatment experience.
