摘要: 迄今为止,研究人员应用功能基因组学方法发现了多种类型的长链非编码RNA。长链非编码RNA能够调控基因的表达,并且在包括癌症等疾病发生发展过程中起着重要的作用。长链非编码RNA调控基因的表达过程有多种机制参与,例如对转录、翻译、蛋白质修饰及RNA-蛋白复合体形成或者蛋白-蛋白复合体形成等过程的调控。本文主要探讨长链非编码RNA调控肿瘤细胞信号通路的研究进展。

Abstract: To date,various kinds of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)have been found using functional genomics.LncRNAs can regulate gene expression,and play a significantly important role in the development of diseases including cancer.There are multiple mechanisms involved in the regulation of gene expression mediated by lncRNAs,such as the regulation of transcription,the process of translation,protein modification,and RNA-protein formation or protein-protein complex formation.In this review,we primarily discuss the latest research progress of the lncRNAs in the regulation of cancer cell signaling pathways.
