分化型甲状腺癌碘131治疗后的外周血细胞改变

摘要: 甲状腺癌是近五年来发病率增长最为快速的肿瘤之一,中国每年新发甲状腺癌患者将近50 000名,并呈上升趋势。核医学作为非手术治疗方式,在普外科应用广泛,且绝大部分病人治疗效果反应好,不良反应发生率低。有研究显示,长期大剂量的碘辐射会诱发骨髓抑制,导致全血细胞下降,甚至诱发白血病。本文旨在总结近年来分化型甲状腺癌术后患者在接受放射性碘131治疗后,红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞及血小板等外周血细胞以及细胞因子数量的变化,以探究其是否具有危害性。结果表明甲状腺癌切除术后,应用放射性碘131治疗,是一种安全有效的治疗方式。

Abstract: Thyroid cancer is one of the fastest-growing tumors in the past five years.Nearly 50,000 new-onset thyroid cancer are on the rise in China.As a kind of non-surgical treatment,nuclear medicine is widely used in general surgery,and most patients have good response and low incidence of adverse reactions.Many studies have shown that long-term high-dose iodine radiation can induce bone marrow suppression,leading to a decline in whole blood cells and even induce leukemia.This article aims to summarize the changes in the number of peripheral blood cells and cytokines in red blood cells,white blood cells,lymphocytes and platelets after treatment with radioactive iodine 131 in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer in recent years to explore whether it is harmful.
