不同诱导剂诱导GFP转基因小鼠前胃癌效率的比较

Comparison of the efficiency in inducing forestomach neoplasia of transgenic mouse with different inducer

摘要: 目的 采用不同诱导剂在绿色荧光蛋白转基因C57BL/6小鼠(GFP-C57BL/6)上建立肿瘤模型,并比较GFP-C57BL/6小鼠对不同诱导剂敏感性以及肿瘤发生效率的差异。方法 分别采用苯并(a)芘(B(α)P)、3-甲基胆蒽(3-MC)、6-硝基联苯(6-NC)以及肌氨酸乙酯亚硝胺(NSEE)四种诱导剂对GFP-C57BL/6小鼠进行灌胃诱导实验。结果 四种诱导剂均可诱导GFP-C57BL/6小鼠发生前胃癌,B(α)P组肿瘤发生率达到100%,且不会照成该组对照小鼠胃部损伤。结论 B(α)P较为适合作为建立GFP-C57BL/6小鼠前胃癌模型的诱导剂。

Abstract: Objective The tumor model was built with different chemical inducers in green fluorescent protein transfected C57BL/6(GFP-C57BL/6)mouse,and the sensitivity and efficiency were analysis.Methods In this research,benzo(α)pyrene,3-methylcholanthrene,6-nitrobiphenyl and sacrosine ethyl nitrosamine were used to induce forestomach neoplasia in GFP-C57BL/6 mouse respectively.Results The four inducers can be induced forestomach neoplasia successfully.Benzo(α)pyrene was more effective that the tumor incidence reached 100%,and it did not lead to stomach injury of its control mice.Conclusion Benzo(α)pyrene could be used for a inducer in GFP-C57BL/6 forestomach neoplasia model.
