摘要: 白藜芦醇(Resveratrol, Res)是一种天然的多酚化合物, 存在于葡萄等多种植物中, 被认为是一种植物抗毒素。Res具有抗肿瘤、保护心血管、抗炎等多种生物药理学活性且对正常细胞无明显的毒副作用。其中Res在抗肿瘤方面效果尤其显著, 它主要激活肿瘤细胞的凋亡诱导因子(TRAIL、Caspase-3和Bax等)和促使肿瘤细胞周期分布发生改变, 通过p21抑制肿瘤细胞于G0/G1期, 达到抗肿瘤作用。本文就对Res在抗肿瘤方面的最新研究做一综述。

Abstract: Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol compound, existing in grapes and other plants, which is regard as phytoalexin.Res has various biological activity of pharmacology of ant-tumor effect, cardiovascular protection, ant-inflammatory effect and so on, but it has no side effects on healthy cells.Res especially has a great effect on tumor cells, which mainly activates apoptosis inducing factor(suchas:TRAIL, Caspase-3, Bax and so on)of tumor cells.Res also can change the tumor cell cycle′ s proportion, via p21 blocks the G0/G1 period, Achieve anti-tumor effects.Our article aims to make a review on the latest research on Res′ anti-tumor effect.
