Abstract: The incidence of bone metastases in malignant tumors is high, and seriously affected the life quality of patients. It is clear that the mechanism of the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors are of great significance. It has been confirmed that tumor microenvironment plays an important role in the migration of primary tumors, and the matrix protein is an important component of bone marrow microenvironment. In recent years, the latest study has been found that matrix proteins can be involved in the process of bone metastasis by promoting tumor cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis. In this paper, the role of matrix proteins in the process of bone metastasis of malignant tumors was reviewed.
