液体活检在结直肠癌领域的研究及应用现状

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years,liquid biopsy has emerged as a new molecular diagnostic technology that is real-time and reproducible,and plays an increasingly important role in clinical practice.Liquid biopsy mainly collects the body fluids through non-invasive approaches,and analyzes biological markers such as circulating tumor cells,circulating tumor DNA and exosomes.This article will review the biological basis of liquid biopsy and its clinical application in colorectal cancer.
