Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of cancer has shown a upward trend and has become one of the major diseases affecting human health and life safety.With the continuous improvement of diagnosis and treatment levels, the prognosis of cancer patients has been significantly improved, and its five-year survival rate has been significantly enhanced.Although the patient's life span has been extended, a series of problems have also arisen.The development of the tumor itself will involve other systems, and there are certain side effects during the treatment process, such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy, which will lead to the corresponding lesions in other systems of patients, the most common is the cardiovascular system.Furthermore, with the improvement of life quality, there are also patients with cancers and cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the research on the common molecular mechanisms of tumor and cardiovascular disease, the combination of clinical treatment and the intervention of common risk factors, and puts forward the prospect.
