环状RNA与卵巢癌研究新进展

Abstract

Abstract: Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are a special type of circular non-coding RNA that is not easily degraded by RNase and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of many tumors.In this review,we mainly summarized the research progress in expression,action and mechanism of circRNA in ovarian cancer,in order to explore the developmental prospect of circRNAs in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
