摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的应用Orem自理理论对食管癌放疗患者进行护理,以提高其生存质量。方法随机将96例食管癌放疗患者分为试验组和对照组各48例,对照组实施整体护理,试验组在整体护理基础上应用Orem自理理论。应用Spitzer生存质量评分观察2组患者自护能力和生存质量的变化。结果试验组自护能力改善明显,生存质量评分2组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论将Orem自理理论运用在食管癌放疗患者的整体护理中能够提高患者的自护能力和生存质量。

Abstract: Objective To improve the quality of life of patients with esophageal carcinoma through nursing of Orem self-control pattern after radiotherapy.Methods 96 patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,respectively.The control group was treated by traditional nursing.Orem self-control pattern was used for the treatment group besides traditional nursing.Self-care ability and quality of life were research on the patients.Results The quality of life and self-care ability of treated group were improved significantly comparing with control group.Conclusion Orem self-control pattern could be effectively used for nursing patients with esophageal carcinoma after radiotherapy.
