摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨远端胃切除术后胃无力症的病因,诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2009年—2011年间进行的183例远端胃切除术术后16例发生胃无力症的诊治经过。结果远端胃切除术后胃无力症的发生与年龄、手术创伤、迷走神经损伤、术后镇痛、精神心理因素、营养等有关。结论胃无力症治疗以综合保守治疗为主,预防应加强围手术期管理。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the cause,diagnosis and treatment of gastric atony after gastrectomy.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 13 cases of gastric atony after treatment between 2009 and 2011,distal gastrectomy in 183 cases after operation.Results Gastric atony after distal gastrectomy occurred with age,operation trauma,injury of vagus nerve,postoperative analgesia,psychological factors,nutrition and so on.Conclusion Gastric atony treated with comprehensive conservation treatment.Prevention should strengthen management in peri operation period.
