VEGF、Ki-67和P53在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要: 目的 检测VEGF、Ki-67和P53在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测78例NSCLC组织中VEGF、Ki-67和P53的表达情况,并结合肺癌的临床病理特征进行分析。结果 VEGF在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为67%(52/78),Ki-67在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为71%(55/78),P53在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为50%(39/78),它们的表达情况均与肿瘤组织的分化程度及临床分期有关(P<0.05),与肺癌的组织学分型、有无淋巴结转移及年龄无关(P>0.05),肿瘤组织分化越差、临床分期越晚者三者表达的阳性率越高。VEGF、Ki-67和P53表达阳性者总生存时间明显差于阴性表达者(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、Ki-67和P53与肺癌的发生、发展有关,对于判断非小细胞肺癌的预后及指导治疗有重要的参考意义。

Abstract: Objective To study the expressions and clinical significance of VEGF,Ki-67 and P53 in human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The expressions of VEGF,Ki-67 and P53 were detected by immunohistochemical method in 78 NSCLC,and the clinicalpathological features of lung cancer were analyzed statistically.Results Positive rates of VEGF,Ki-67 and P53 were 67%,71% and 50%,respectively.VEGF,Ki-67 and P53 expressions were close related with pathology type and TNM staging(P<0.05).VEGF,Ki-67 and P53 expressions had no relationship with histological substype,lymph node metastasis status and patients′age(P>0.05).The survival time of VEGF,Ki-67 and P53 positive expression groups was shorter than that of negative expression groups(P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF,Ki-67 and P53 expressions may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of NSCLC.They have important prognostic value in NSCLC.
