Solitary bone plasmacytoma on proximal clavicle:one case report

Abstract: Solitary bone plasmacytoma is a kind of tumor characterized by abnormal plasma cells of monoclonal proliferation of malignant tumor.The disease is mainly observed by a single bone destruction common in clinically and accounts for about 5% of all plasma cell malignancy.Occurrence at the bottom of collar bone is clinically rare.The diagnosis is difficult and easy to be misdiagnosed.
