摘要: 近年来乳腺癌的分子显像水平逐渐进步,更多特异性的显像靶点被发现。本文对比了几组基础实验较为成熟的乳腺癌SPECT分子显像靶点:小鼠双微体扩增基因(Murine double minute2,MDM2)、磷酸化组蛋白(Phosphorylated H2AX,γH2AX)、膜联蛋白V(Annexin V)、表皮生长因子受体(Epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)、人表皮生长因子受体2(Human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,HER-2)等。并综述了这些靶点及显像技术的研究现状,为乳腺癌SPECT分子显像的发展奠定基础。

Abstract: The technique of molecular imaging of breast cancer has made great advances in recent years,more and more specific targets were found.This article compares several successful breast cancer targets of molecular imaging with SPECT,such as MDM2,γH2AX,Annexin V and HER-2 etc.This paper reviews the research status of these targets and imaging techniques to lay the foundation for further progress of molecular imaging for breast cancer with SPECT.
