摘要/Abstract

摘要： 局部晚期宫颈癌患者接受放疗治疗过程中,放射性直肠炎的发生率较高,该并发症是最常见的放疗毒副反应。近年来,国内外的很多研究证实,局部晚期宫颈癌患者放疗中及放疗后存在的放射性直肠反应,会对患者的生命质量构成影响。影响放射性直肠炎的因素较多,主要为体外照射技术、腔内治疗方式、DICRU点剂量、剂量体积等。本文就目前国内外关于局部晚期宫颈癌放射治疗对直肠功能的影响因素进行综述,为放射性直肠毒副反应的临床处理提供参考方向。

Abstract: The incidence of radiation proctitis is relatively high in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer receiving radiotherapy.This complication is the most common side effect of radiotherapy.In recent years,many studies at home and abroad have confirmed that the radiation rectal reaction in and after radiotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer will affect the life quality of the patients.There are many factors that affect radiation proctitis,such as external irradiation technology,intracavitary therapy,DICRU point dose and dose volume.In this paper,the influencing factors of rectal function after radiotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer are reviewed at home and abroad,so as to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of radiation-induced rectal toxicity.
