摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的微核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)作为一类短小的非编码RNA分子,在转录后的基因表达调控中占有重要地位。miRNA通过靶向特定的mRNA序列,调节基因的表达,从而影响细胞的多种生物学行为,包括增殖、凋亡、侵袭和迁移等过程。近年来,研究发现在肝癌的发生发展过程中,miRNA可能扮演着重要角色。本文就miRNA与肝癌的发生发展之间关联的研究进展情况作一综述。

Abstract: MiRNA,as a class of short non-coding RNA molecules,plays an important role in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression.miRNAs regulate gene expression by targeting specific mRNA sequences,thereby affecting various cellular biological behaviors,including proliferation,apoptosis,migration,and invasion.In recent years,it has been found that miRNA may play an important role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.This article provides a review of the research progress on the association between miRNA and the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
