摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的研究三氧化二砷(AS₂O₃)对兔肝VX2肿瘤血管生成的作用。方法复制兔肝VX2肿瘤模型16只,随机分为对照组(生理盐水)及实验组(AS₂O₃)各8只,连续3天耳缘静脉注射用药,应用免疫组化检测瘤组织中的微血管密度(MVD)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。结果实验组的MVD表达(P=0.021＜0.05)及VEGF表达(P=0.012＜0.05)均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性。实验组MVD及VEGF表达(P=0.007)和对照组MVD及VEGF表达(P=0.048)均呈线性正相关。结论 AS₂O₃对兔肝VX2肿瘤血管生成具有抑制作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of arsenic trioxide on angiogenesis of hepatic VX2 tumors in rabbit.Methods 16 hepatoma models were reproduced with VX2 cell lines in rabbits and then randomly divided into trial group and control group,each group had 8 rabbits.Sodium chloride was injectd in control group and arsenic trioxide was injected in trail group by the peripheral vein of rabbit ears for 3days respectively.The intratumoral microvessel density(MVD)and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were evaluated by immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression of MVD(P=0.021＜0.05)and VEGF(P=0.012＜0.05)in trail group were significantly lower than those of control.A significant positive correlation between MVD and VEGF was found in both trial and control group.Conclusion Arsenic trioxide can inhibit the angiogenesis of hepatic VX2 tumors in rabbit obviously.
