摘要: 近年来, 随着蛋白质组学技术和理论的进一步成熟和完善, 其在生命科学和医学研究的应用越来越广泛。从血液、胃液、组织、细胞乃至细胞器等水平上研究胃癌差异蛋白的表达能更加全面的解释生命活动的规律并为进一步的研究提供依据。对胃癌发生、发展、转移的相关蛋白质进行检测有利于深入了解胃癌的发病机制, 寻找新的肿瘤特异性标记物, 并对胃癌的早期诊断及靶向治疗起着非常重要的意义。

Abstract: In recent years, the proteomic technology and theory have been more and more widely used in bioscience and medical research with its increased maturity and perfection.The research about blood, gastric fluid, tissues, cells and cell organelles can completely explain the rules of life and provide evidences for further research.The detection for occurrence, developing and metastasis-related protein in gastric cancer is benefit for discovering novel specificity markers or understanding the pathogenesis mechanism, and is of great importance for early diagnosis and target therapy.
