Research progress of RUNX1 in lung cancer

摘要: 矮小相关转录因子1(Runt-related transcription factor 1,RUNX1)属于RUNX家族成员,是脊椎动物的关键调控蛋白之一。RUNX1参与胚胎发育、造血、血管生成、肿瘤发生和免疫反应。过去,研究主要集中在RUNX1在急性白血病中的作用机制,关于RUNX1在肺癌病理过程中作用的研究报道较少。最新的研究表明,RUNX1在人类发育和出生后肺的间质和上皮细胞中均有高表达,同时与肺癌的发生和进展有着密不可分的关系。本文就RUNX1在肺癌发生发展中的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Runt-related transcription factor 1(RUNX1),a member of the RUNX family,is one of the key regulatory proteins in vertebrates.RUNX1 is involved in embryonic development,haematopoiesis,angiogenesis,tumorigenesis and immune response.In the past decades,the research mainly focused on the mechanism of RUNX1 in acute leukaemia,and there were few reports on the role of RUNX1 in the pathological process of lung cancer.The latest research shows that RUNX1 is highly expressed in the mesenchymal and epithelial cells of the human development and postnatal lung,and is closely related to the occurrence and progression of lung cancer.This article reviews the research progress of RUNX1 in the occurrence and progress of lung cancer.
