Clinical observation and analysis of 97 caseson laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer

Abstract: Objective To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2009 to December 2009 of the implementation of laparoscopic resection in 97 colorectal cancer patients with clinical data.Results Dixon laparoscopic surgery 32 cases,Miles operation in 28 cases,Hartmann 5 patients,sigmoid colon cancer radical operation in 16 cases,left colon cancer radical operation 12 cases,right colon cancer radical operation 4 cases.97 cases of colorectal cancer patients with lymph node dissection up to the third station.Operative time was 193.1±58.3min.Surgical bleeding 58.3±19.6mL,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time 2.1±0.7d,an average of 53h.Postoperative hospitalization days 15.1± 3.1d.No cancer was found in two cutting edges.The number of lymph node dissection 8.6±4.9 pieces.Patients were followed up so far,in the 97 cases of postoperative,one case of liver metastasis,one died of postoperative myocardial infarction in two months later.No local,abdominal lymph node metastasis and recurrence,and incision metastasis.Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer with a minimally invasive,safe,small incision,clear vision and rapid recovery features,is feasible.
