Abstract: Objective To investigate endoscope image of malignant melanoma′s duodenum metastasis after operation.Methods We analysed the clinical date of a malignant melanoma patient after operation to clear diagnosis with endoscope and pathological examination.Results Malignant melanoma has strong metastasis and the endoscope image is similar to the mole of cutaeous.Conclusion Examination of endoscope combined with pathology plays an important role in diagnosis of upper digestive tract′s malignant melanoma.
