养正合剂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果观察

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect,quality of life and side effect of Yangzhengheji combined with chemotherapy for advanced NSCLC.Methods 140 patients diagnosed advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Chemotherapy was given to control group.Yangzhengheji combined with chemotherapy was given to observation group.Efficacy,quality of life(Kanofsky inder)and side effect were compared after 2 courses of treatment.Results Yangzhengheji could significantly improve patient quality of life,and reduce of chemotherapy toxicity.Conclusion Yangzhengheji combined with chemotherapy can improve quality of life and reduce side effect of advanced NSCLC.
