Research status of neoadjuvant therapy for pancreatic cancer

Abstract: Pancreatic cancer is the most malignant tumor of the digestive system.In recent years,the incidence of pancreatic cancer has increasing year by year.It is expected that pancreatic cancer will become the second leading cause of cancer death in developed countries in the next decade.Due to the late diagnosis and limited treatment options,the prognosis of pancreatic cancer is extremely poor.Only surgery is the only way to cure.In order to increase the surgical resection rate and improve the prognosis,neoadjuvant therapy has quietly become a hot topic in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.However,there is no standardized treatment plan for neoadjuvant treatment of pancreatic cancer.This article mainly discusses the research status of neoadjuvant treatment of pancreatic cancer.
