Abstract: Now,the approach of photodynamic therapy(PDT)for malignant tumor has received more and more attention.Although its mechanism is not entirely clear now,PDT in the treatment of tumor has achieved a good curative effect,especially for the hollow organ cancer.Further research is needed in the treatment of organ cancer.With the development of gene and nanotechnology,photodynamic therapy will has a broader clinical application.
