摘要/Abstract

摘要： 代谢综合征(MS)是以胰岛素抵抗(IR)为病理生理基础,表现为多种代谢性疾病并发的一组临床症候群,主要包括肥胖、高血糖、高血压、血脂异常、非酒精性脂肪肝等几大组分。近年多项研究表明结直肠癌(CRC)的发生发展与MS各组分关系密切。本文就MS主要组分与CRC发病关系的研究进展做一综述。

关键词: 代谢综合征, 结直肠癌, 胰岛素抵抗, 血脂异常, 非酒精性脂肪肝

Abstract: Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a group of clinical symptoms,which is based on the pathophysiology of insulin resistance that mainly includes obesity,hyperglycemia,hypertension,dyslipidemia,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and other components.In recent years,many studies have suggested that the occurrence of colorectal cancer(CRC)is closely related with the MS components.This article reviews the research progress on the association between the major components of MS and the pathogenesis of CRC.
