抗癌新药NSC319726对卵巢癌基因表达影响的研究

摘要: 目的 研究抗癌新药NSC319726对卵巢癌基因表达的影响。方法 下载GEO数据库,研究NSC319726对卵巢癌细胞系TOV112D影响的数据,进行生物信息学分析。结果 NSC319726上调卵巢癌细胞246个基因、下调198个基因;上调基因包括MMP3与CXCR4等,下调基因包括PBX1等。GO分析中,我们发现6个GO条目与物质代谢有关。Pathway分析发现,NSC319726可以影响生物钟及MMP信号通路相关基因。结论 抗癌新药NSC319726可影响卵巢癌细胞系中多个功能基因的表达,因此它可能是前体B细胞急性淋巴细胞白血病潜在的治疗药物。但需要注意的是,NSC319726也可能对肿瘤转移、人体睡眠产生不利影响,故临床运用前有待更多研究。

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of anti-cancer drug NSC319726 on the gene expression of ovarian cancer.Methods The data that NSC319726 acted on the ovarian cancer cell lines TOV112D was downloaded from the GEO database and then the bioinformatical analysis was conducted.Results NSC319726 increased 246 genes including MMP3,CXCR4 et al and decreased 198 genes such as PBX1 in ovarian cancer cell lines.GO analysis indicated that six GO items were related to metabolism.Pathway analysis revealed that NSC319726 could affect the circadian clock and MMP signaling pathway.Conclusion NSC319726 could affect the expression of multiple functional genes in ovarian cancer cell lines and might be a potential drug targeting to the precursor-B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Meanwhile,it should be noted that NSC319726 may have effects on the tumor metastasis and human sleep.Therefore,further research needs to be conducted before the clinical use.
