摘要: 目的 探讨原发性肝癌患者心电图与转氨酶以及电解质等的相关性。方法 临床纳入我院收治的原发性肝癌患者241例,对患者的一般临床资料进行回顾性研究。采用单因素分析导致原发性肝癌患者心电图异常的危险因素,对单因素分析存在统计学差异的因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 单因素分析显示,年龄、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、电解质与原发性肝癌患者心电图异常有关(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥60岁、GGT升高以及电解质异常是导致原发性肝癌患者心电图异常的独立危险因素。结论 年龄、电解质及GGT水平异常与原发性肝癌患者心电图存在密切的关系,因此对于肝癌患者需要进行积极的保肝、维持电解质平衡等干预治疗。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between electrocardiogram and serum alanine aminotransferase and electrolytes in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods Clinical data of 241 patients with primary liver cancer treated in our hospital were retrospectively studied.Single factor analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of abnormal electrocardiogram in patients with primary liver cancer.The multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the factors that were statistically significant.Results Single factor analysis showed that age,gamma glutamyl transferase(GGT),electrolyte is associated with ECG abnormalities in the patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that,the GGT and electrolyte anomaly led to primary hepatocellular carcinoma in the patients with abnormal ECG independent risk factors.Conclusion The level of electrolyte,age≥60 and GGT anomaly and primary electrocardiogram in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a close relationship for active hepatoprotective,maintain electrolyte balance therapeutic intervention for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).
