摘要: 口腔癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,约90%的口腔癌为鳞状细胞癌。口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)恶性程度高,预后较差,严重威胁人类健康。OSCC的发生发展较为复杂,受到多因素多水平的影响和调控,目前分子机制尚未完全阐明。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)能够通过在转录、翻译和翻译后水平调节基因表达和功能,从而发挥多种生物学功能。OSCC的发生发展过程中涉及lncRNA的异常表达。因此本文对lncRNA在OSCC中的功能和分子机制的相关研究进行综述,以期为后续研究提供参考。

Abstract: Oral cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the head and neck,with approximately 90% of oral cancer being squamous cell carcinoma.Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)has a high degree of malignancy and a poor prognosis,posing a serious threat human health.The occurrence and development of OSCC are relatively complex,influenced and regulated by multiple factors and levels,and the molecular mechanisms is currently not fully understood.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)can exert various biological functions by regulating gene expression and function at the transcriptional,translational,and post-translational levels.The occurrence and development of OSCC involve the abnormal expression of lncRNA.Therefore,this article reviews the relevant research on the function and molecular mechanisms of lncRNA in OSCC,in order to provide a reference for future studies.
