摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨胃癌组织中Livin、Fas、FasL蛋白的表达情况及它们之间的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测41例胃癌和10cm以外的癌旁正常胃组织中Livin、Fas和FasL蛋白的表达情况。结果 Livin在胃癌组织中的阳性率为78.5%, 在正常胃组织中的阳性率为14.6%, 两者相比有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。Livin的表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、部位、浸润深度、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴转移、远处转移和IUCC分期均无明显关系(P＞0.05), 与Fas, FasL的表达无明显相关性(P＞0.05)。结论 Livin的过表达与胃癌的形成密切相关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of Livin, Fas and FasL protein in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between them.Methods The expression of Livin, Fas, FasL protein was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in forty-one cases of gastric carcinomas and ten centimeter distanced normal gastric tissues.Result The positive rate of Livin was 78.5% in the cancer tissue, and 14.6% in the normal gastric tissue.There was significant difference between them(P＜0.05).The positive expression of Livin was not related with the following factors:the age and gender of the patients, size and loci of the tumor, infiltration depth, degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and IUCC-stages.The expression of Livin was not correlated with the expression of Fas and Fasl.Conclusion The over-expression of Livin is close correlated with carcinogenesis of the gastric carcinoma.
