p53基因家族在人不同分化的肺鳞癌组织中的表达研究

Expression of p53 gene families in different differentiated squamous cell carcinoma in lung cancer tissue

摘要: 目的 通过检测p53、ΔNp63和ΔNp73在肺鳞癌组织中的表达水平及与临床参数间的关系,探讨其在肺鳞癌发生、发展中的意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法,在149例不同分化的肺鳞癌组织和39例癌旁组织中检测p53、ΔNp63和ΔNp73的表达水平。结果 在肺鳞癌组织切片中p53、ΔNp63和ΔNp73蛋白阳性表达率分别为64.4%(96/149)、85.9%(128/149)和77.2%(115/149),均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);p53、ΔNp63和ΔNp73在肺鳞癌组织中的表达与肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05);而与患者性别、年龄、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移等无关。结论 p53、ΔNp63和ΔNp73是一组有价值的诊断肺鳞癌的指标,可能作为癌基因在肿瘤的发生机制中促进肿瘤的进展。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of p53,ΔNp63 and ΔNp73 and their association with clinical pathology characteristics in different differentiated lung squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Expression of p53,ΔNp63 and ΔNp73 was detected by immunehistochemistry in 149 cases of different differentiated lung squamous cell carcinoma and 39 cases adjacent normal tissues.Results The positive rates of p53,ΔNp63 and ΔNp73 were 64.4%(96/149),85.9%(128/149),77.2%(115/149),respectively in lung squamous cell carcinoma.The positive rates and expression level in primary lung squamous cell carcinoma were remarkably higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(P < 0.05).The expression of p53,ΔNp63 and ΔNp73 were not correlated with gender,age,clinical stage and metastasis in lymphoid nodes(P > 0.05),however they were correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation(P < 0.05).Conclusion p53,ΔNp63 and ΔNp73 is a group of valuable diagnostic markers of lung squamous cell carcinoma.p53,ΔNp63 and ΔNp73 may be as oncogenes to promote the progression of tumor.
