摘要: 目的研究癌基因受miRNA和转录因子协同调控的性质。方法 采用累积超几何分布检验计算癌基因在miRNA和转录因子靶基因中的富集情况。结果 癌基因倾向于受到miRNA和转录因子的协同调控;显著协同调控的miRNA和转录因子主要参与转录因子活性、RNA聚合酶II、MAPK信号通路等的调节, 这些生物学过程对于癌症的发生、发展具有重要作用。结论 癌基因的表达倾向于受到miRNA和转录因子的协同调控。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the mechanism of co-regulation of miRNAs and transcription factors(TF)to cancer genes.Methods We evaluated the enrichment of cancer genes in miRNAs and TFs targets using cumulative hypergeometric distribution test.Results Caner genes were preferentially co-regulated by miRNAs and TFs.The significant miRNA-TF co-regulation pairs took part in the regulation of some biological processes related to tumorgenesis, such as transcription factor activity, transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter, MAPK signaling pathway, and so on.Conclusion The regulation of cancer genes are preferred to be controlled by miRNAs and TFs coordination.
