蝙蝠葛酚性碱对胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖作用的实验研究

摘要: 目的测定蝙蝠葛酚性碱对胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖的影响。方法 通过MTT法和台盼兰法,观察蝙蝠葛酚性碱在不同浓度,不同时间条件下,对胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖作用的影响。结果 蝙蝠葛酚性碱能明显抑制SGC-7901细胞的增殖,并呈剂量和时间依赖关系,随浓度增大和作用时间延长其抑制率呈上升趋势。结论 蝙蝠葛酚性碱对胃癌可能具有一定治疗作用。

Abstract: Objective To determine the effect of phenolic alkaloids of menispermum dauricum on the gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 proliferation.Methods We studied the effect of phenolic alkaloids of menispermum at different concentrations and different times on the gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 proliferation by MTT and trypan blue methods.Results PAMD can obviously inhibit SGC-7901 cell proliferation,and is dose-and time-dependent relationship with extended periods of concentration increase.Its role and inhibition rate was on the rise.Conclusion PAMD may have some therapeutic effect on gastric cancer.
