Research progress of β-catenin in hepatocellular carcinoma and hypoxia microenvironment

摘要: Wnt/β-catenin信号转导通路与人类多种肿瘤发生密切相关。β-连环素(β-catenin)是Wnt/β-catenin信号转导通路的关键调控因子, 近年来它在肝细胞癌发病机制的研究中备受关注。本文就β-catenin的生物学功能与肝细胞癌的增殖、侵袭、转移的关系, 特别是在乏氧微环境中的研究进展进行简要综述, 为肝细胞癌发病机制的深入研究和靶向治疗提供理论依据。

Abstract: Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction pathway has a close relationship with many human cancers.β-catenin is an essential regulatory factor in Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction pathway.For the past few years, it has received more and more attention in pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma.The current review discusses biological function of β-catenin and the relationship between the expression of β-catenin and the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma, especially the research progress in the hypoxia microenvironment.It provides theoretical basis for intensive pathogenesis of hapatocellular carcinoma and targeting therapy.
