摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨CK19、galectin-3和TPO在甲状腺乳头状癌与甲状腺良性乳头状增生中的表达及鉴别诊断意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测53例甲状腺乳头状病变中CK19、galectin-3和TPO的表达情况。其中乳头状癌32例, 良性乳头状增生21例。结果 CK19、galectin-3在甲状腺乳头状癌中阳性表达率分别为97%和94%, 而在甲状腺乳头状增生中的表达率分别为19%和14%, CK19、galectin-3在甲状腺乳头状癌与良性乳头状增生中的表达差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);TPO在甲状腺乳头状癌与良性乳头状增生中的表达率分别为6%和95%, 其差异亦有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论 CK19、galectin-3和TPO可作为鉴别甲状腺乳头状癌与良性乳头状增生的重要标记物, 联合应用效果更好。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression and significance of CK19, Galectin-3 and TPO in the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant papillary thyroid hyperplasia.Methods The expression of CK19, galectin-3 and TPO in 53 cases of papillary thyroid lesions, including 32 with papillary thyroid carcinoma and 21 with papillary thyroid hyperplasia, were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The positive rates of CK19 and galectin-3 in the papillary thyroid carcinoma were 97% and 94% respectively, and those were 19% and 14%respectively in the papillary thyroid hyperplasia.There was significant different between papillary thyroid carcinoma and papillary thyroid hyperplasia in CK19 and galectin-3 expression(P＜0.05).The positive rates of TPO in the papillary thyroid carcinoma and papillary thyroid hyperplasia were 6% and 95% respectively(P＜0.05).Conclusion CK19, galectin-3 and TPO are useful markers for the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant papillary thyroid hyperplasia.It is better for CK19 using together with galectin-3 and TPO.
