let-7前体、K-ras基因在肺腺癌的表达及其相关性研究

摘要: 目的 探讨let-7前体、K-ras基因在肺腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法 以GAPDH为内参,采用RT-PCR检测31例肺腺癌患者癌组织和正常组织中let-7前体、K-ras基因在肺腺癌中的表达。结果 31例肺腺癌患者中let-7前体61.29%为低表达,K-ras基因67.74%为高表达,差异有统计学意义。let-7前体与K-ras基因在肿瘤组织表达具有显著相关性。结论 let-7前体低表达与K-ras基因高表达在肺腺癌的发生、发展过程中可能具有某种协同作用。

Abstract: Objective To examine the expression level of let-7 precursor and K-ras in lung adenocarcinoma patients by real time-PCR,in order to explore their roles in lung adenocarcinoma initiation and development.Methods GAPDH was adopted as a control,we use real time PCR to examine the expression of let-7 precursor and K-ras in carcinomatous tissue and the around normal tissue respectively in 31 selected lung adenocarcinoma patients.Results Compared to the normal tissue,let-7 precursor expression was reduced about 61.29%,while K-ras expression were increased about 67.74%.The measured value of let-7 precursor and K-ras in carcinomatous tissue and the around normal tissue respectively carry on statistics analysis.Their difference has the remarkable statistics significance.The correlation between let-7 precursor and K-ras in the expression of carcinomatous tissue has the remarkable statistics significance.Conclusion Those results suggest that let-7 precursor or/and K-ras may play an certain cooperated role in the initiation and development of lung adenocarcinoma.
