微波消融术治疗肝脏肿瘤的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 微波消融术(Microwave ablation,MWA)是20世纪90年代肿瘤非手术治疗的重大进展,以热效率高、升温速度快、高温热场较均匀、凝固区坏死彻底、受血流影响因素小等特点在肿瘤的局部治疗中显示出了较大的优势。近年来,随着MWA技术的日渐成熟,其越来越广泛地运用于肝脏肿瘤(Hapatic tumor,HT)的治疗中,已取得了良好的临床疗效。本文旨在就MWA治疗HT的研究进展予以综述,以提高其治疗效率。

Abstract: Microwave ablation(MWA)is a significant progress in tumor non-surgical treatment in the 1990s.It is characterized by high thermal efficiency,fast heating rate,high uniform temperature field,complete necrosis of coagulation area and small influencing factors.The local treatment of the tumor shows a great advantage.In recent years,with the maturity of MWA technology,it has been widely used in the treatment of liver tumors(hapatic tumor,HT),has achieved good clinical efficacy.The aim of this study is to review the progress of treatment of HT in MWA to improve its therapeutic efficiency.
