Abstract: Invasive micropapillary carcinoma(IMPC)of breast is a rare histopathological variant of breast cancer, accounting for approximately 3%-8% of all breast cancer.Compared with invasive ductal carcinoma of no special type(IDC-NST),although the incidence of IMPC is low,IMPC shows a tendency of lymphatic invasion and lymph node metastasis. Therefore, understanding its metastasis mechanism is particularly important for intervening in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process. This article aims to review the metastatic mechanism of IMPC and related to clinical evidence,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of IMPC.
