Abstract: The vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is the most powerful angiogenic factor at present and plays an important role in the development of tumor.Overexpression of VEGF in breast cancer,lung cancer,gaetric cancer,head and neck cancer and the other malignant tumors was detected.In this article,overexpression of VEGF in laryngeal carcinoma was reviewed.
