Abstract: MPLC is an uncommon entity.As regard to multiple primary lung cancers,the problems relating to diagnostic criteria,epidemic factors,distinguishing between multiple primary lung cancers and intrapulmonary metastasis,treatment options and longterm survival are still the subject of debate.Due to the advanced diagnostic technique and better understanding for multiple primary lung cancers(MPLC),the increasing incidence of MPLC has been reported.We tried to further understand MPLC by reviewing the current status and the latest advancement of molecular markers related to MPLC.
