Abstract: MiRNA,as a class of short non-coding RNA molecules, plays an important role in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression.miRNAs regulate gene expression by targeting specific mRNA sequences, thereby affecting various cellular biological behaviors, including proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and invasion. In recent years,it has been found that miRNA may play an important role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. This article provides a review of the research progress on the association between miRNA and the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
