Abstract: Objective To investigate the security and diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonic-guided biopsy for peripheral occupying lesions of lung,and evaluate the clinical value of this method.Methods 97 patients with peripheral pulmonary space occupying lesions by CT were performed ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy,through automatic biopsy device.Results The success rate of puncture drawing materials was 98.9%.93% cases acquired accurate diagnosis,and the pathological correspondant rate was 95.9%.71 cases were malignancy,with 25 cases benign.There were 3 cases showing a false-negative result.The false-negative rate was 4.1%.1 case of material was not enough to make pathology diagnosis.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous automatic biopsy is a simple,safe and effective method for the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary space occupying diseases.It is worth to be widely used.
