摘要/Abstract

摘要： Notch信号通路是一个广泛存在于脊椎动物和无脊椎动物中的重要信号通路,其调控细胞凋亡、增殖、分化等。Notch信号的上调、下调或结构的改变与多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展有密切关系。目前的各项研究共发现4种Notch基因(Notch1-4)表型,通过与其配体(Jagged1、Jagged2、Delta1、Delta3、Delta4)结合而产生作用。Notch基因在多种恶性肿瘤中扮演着重要作用。本文主要针对Notch基因在多种实体恶性肿瘤中的作用做一综述,包括其在肿瘤发生发展过程及治疗中所起的作用。

Abstract: Notch signaling is one of the most important signaling pathways in vertebrates and invertebrates.It regulates apoptosis,proliferation,differentiation and so on.The up-regulation,down-regulation or structural changes of Notch signal are closely related to the development of various malignant tumors.In the present study,four Notch phenotypes(Notch1-4)have been identified,which bind to their ligands respectively(Jagged1,Jagged2,Delta1,Delta3,Delta4).Notch plays an important role in a variety of malignant tumors.This review focuses on the role of Notch in a variety of solid malignancies,including its role in the process of tumor development and treatment.
