摘要/Abstract

摘要： 14-3-3蛋白家族是一个高度保守的酸性多肽家族,参与细胞内信号传导、蛋白转运、细胞增殖、侵袭迁移和凋亡。研究证明,14-3-3ζ在许多恶性肿瘤中均有较高水平的表达。本文介绍了14-3-3ζ的结构、生物学功能与恶性肿瘤(乳腺癌、肺癌、肝癌、胶质细胞瘤、头颈肿瘤等)发生发展的相关研究进展,为14-3-3ζ与恶性肿瘤的治疗提供有价值的信息和思路。

Abstract: The 14-3-3 protein is a highly conserved acidic polypeptide family involved in intracellular signaling,protein transportation,cell proliferation,invasion,migration,and apoptosis.Many studies have shown that 14-3-3ζ has a high expression level in many malignant tumors.This paper introduces the structure of 14-3-3ζ,the biological function,and the development of the malignant tumor (breast cancer,lung cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma,glioma,head and neck neoplasms)related to the development of 14-3-3ζ and treatment of malignant tumor in order to provide valuable information and ideas.
