Wnt信号通路与肿瘤发生的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在肿瘤发生、发展中起着重要作用,是介导组织癌变的关键通路。因此,对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的进一步研究可能为探索肿瘤的发病机制以及寻求有效诊治手段提供有力帮助。本文就Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与肿瘤发生的研究进展做一综述。

关键词: 肿瘤, Wnt信号通路, 肿瘤治疗

Abstract: The Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development,and is a key pathway mediating carcinogenesis.Therefore,further studies of Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway may provide powerful help for exploring the pathogenesis of tumors and seeking effective diagnosis and therapy.This article reviews the research progress of Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway and tumorigenesis.
