骨髓微环境在白血病发病机制中的研究进展

摘要: 骨髓微环境是由非造血细胞、造血干细胞以及细胞外基质和多种细胞因子等组成的复杂网状结构,有利于维持机体正常造血功能。骨髓微环境一旦发生变化,骨髓中的细胞种类及功能均会随之改变进而促进白血病的形成。白血病为恶性克隆性疾病,不仅与肿瘤细胞增殖分化异常有关,还与免疫效应失调联系紧密。骨髓微环境中的外泌体、免疫细胞、间充质细胞及骨髓基质细胞(Bone marrow stromal cells,BMSCs)均具有免疫调节作用,可参与形成白血病的免疫抑制,导致疾病进展。本研究拟就骨髓微环境在白血病发病中的作用机制进行综述,旨在为白血病的治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: The bone marrow microenvironment is a complex network structure composed of non-hematopoietic cells,hematopoietic stem cells,extracellular matrix,and various cytokines,which is beneficial to maintain normal hematopoietic function in the body.Once bone marrow microenvironment changes,the types and functions of cells in the bone marrow will change, thereby causing the occurrence of leukemia.Leukemia is a malignant clonal disease that is not only related to abnormal proliferation and differentiation of tumor cells,but also closely related to immune dysfunction.Exosomes,immune cells,mesenchymal cells and bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)in the bone marrow microenvironment all have immunoregulation effects and can participate in the formation of immune suppression in leukemia,leading to disease progression.Therefore,this article aims to review the mechanism and effects of bone marrow microenvironment on the pathogenesis of leukemia so as to provide new ideas for leukemia treatment.
