胃癌组织中T细胞亚群及其ICOS分子的表达及意义

Expression of inducible costimulator and variance of T cell subpopulations in patients with gastric cancer

摘要: 目的探讨胃癌组织中T细胞共刺激分子ICOS及其亚群的表达及意义。方法 应用流式细胞术检测38例胃癌和21例健康人(对照组)外周血T细胞亚群及其共刺激分子ICOS的表达。结果 胃癌组与对照组比较:CD3+T细胞表达(53.61±13.84)%和(72.07±7.83)%, P<0.01;CD3+CD4+T细胞表达(29.84±9.71)%和(38.79±5.08)%, P<0.01;CD3+ICOS+T细胞表达(25.80±10.56)%和(0.82±0.98)%, P<0.01;CD3+CD8+ICOS+T细胞表达(1.57±1.99)%和(0.02±0.04)%, P<0.01;CD3+CD8+ICOS-T细胞表达(16.06±6.94)%和(20.56±6.54)%, P<0.05。胃癌组患者手术前和手术后1周外周血T细胞亚群的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 胃癌患者T细胞数量明显减少, T细胞共刺激分子ICOS表达增高, CD4+T细胞显著减少。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of expression of T cell costimulatory molecule ICOS and variance of T cell subpopulations in the development and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods The peripheral blood lymphocytes were tested for T cell subpopulations and T cell costimulatory molecule ICOS by flow cytometry in 38 patients with gastric cancer and 21 healthy peoples as control group.Results Compared gastric cancer group with control group:expressions of T cell costimulatory molecule ICOS were(25.80±10.56)vs(0.82±0.98)%, P<0.01;expression percentage of total T cell(CD3+)were(53.61±13.84)vs(72.07±7.83)%, P<0.01;expression percentage of CD4+T cell(CD4+CD3+)were(29.84±9.71)vs(38.79±5.08)%, P<0.01;expression percentage of CTL cell(CD8+ICOS+CD3+)were(1.57±1.99)vs(0.02±0.04)%, P<0.01;expression percentage of CD8+inhibitory T cell(CD8+ICOS-CD3+)ratio were(16.6±6.94)vs(20.56±6.54)%, P<0.05.No difference of expression was found in peripheral T cell subpopulations of postoperative patients with gastric cancer after one week(P>0.05).Conclusion T cell number decreased, and T cell costimulatory molecule ICOS expression incrensed in patients with gastric cancer.CD4+T cell subpopulation is significantly decreased in patients with gastric cancer.
