Abstract: Objective To study the observation in electronic dermatoscope on the Malignant Melanoma(MM)and significance of its clinical diagnosis.Methods After observing 50 MM lesions,we handled and then stored their pictures.All cases were determined in histopathology.Collating the internal and external information of correlation,we described and summed up the observation in dermatoscope on the MM.Results The diagnostic accordance rate of MM in dermatoscope and clinical evaluation is 84%and 56(P＜0.05),respectively.Whereas,there is no statistical significance between dermoscopy and pathology.Conclusion Electronic dermatoscope plays an important role in diagnosing and differential diagnosing of the MM,especially in the early stage of MM.
