Abstract: To sum up the developments in the treatment of endometrial carcinoma to have a new orientation in the therapyt.We demonstrated in surgery of endometrial carcinoma,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrinotherapy separately.Surgery is the main way to treat endometrial carcinoma,chemotherapy and radiotherap are assisted methods,and there is limits of the endocrinotherapy.Mastering the indications and scope of the surgery for endometrial carcinoma and evaluating the value of chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrinotherapy in the treatment of endometrial carcinoma appreciately have great meaning in improving the prognosis and life quality for the patients.
